Tiles can be replaced or removed and re-installed without damage to substrate or subfloor. That makes Square an ideal option for any office where there are raised floors with frequent access required to cables and pipes.
Square Compact is also remarkable for its dimensional stability and superior indentation resistance (≤ 0.10 mm). The 0.8 mm PURreinforced PVC wear layer (0.7 mm for compact) gives excellent resistance to indentation, abrasion, scuffing and tearing.
It also provides a 8 db impact sound reduction.
TopClean XP also gives Square an extra-hard surface that is super-resistant to scratches, soiling and stains. No wax and no polish throughout the flooring’s lifetime: maintenance cost can be reduced by up to 30%.
For maximum hygiene, Square contains Sanitized®, an anti-bacterial treatment that helps to prevent the proliferation of potentially health damaging organisms.
Square also contributes to an excellent indoor air quality which is such an important element in wellbeing. In addition to very low levels of VOC emissions, the loose lay installation uses a tackifi er rather than permanent adhesive.
