Check stock and product availability

Check the stock levels and availability of all our products and accessories at any time. This service is available 24/7 and on all internet-enabled devices (desktop, smartphone and tablet). In just a few clicks, you can access stock levels in real-time as well as estimated shipping and delivery dates to your premises.

View order history

Keep track of all your current and past orders in one single place. Use filters (Date, Order Number, PO Number) to easily find what you are looking for at any time.

Order samples

We know that samples are key to making the right decision when it comes to choosing the right floor for your projects or tenders. Being able to touch the materials and compare them in real life is important. With your online Tarkett account, you will be able to update your delivery addresses to receive your samples and order them in just a few clicks. Our sample precuts are available for most of our finished products.

How to create your account

Step 1

When you are on the Tarkett website for professionals, click on “My account” at the top right corner.

Step 2

Click on “Create an account” and fill in the fields to create your profile.

Step 3

Confirm your account by clicking on the activation link sent to the email address you provided. Make sure you have access to this email address

If you are an invoiced customer but have trouble logging in or do not have access to certain features once logged in, please contact your Tarkett sales rep or a customer service rep.
