Hotel Corsendonk Turnova

This four-star hotel is part of the Turnova urban renewal project, on the old Brepols site in Turnhout. It is a mixed project that combines living, shopping and other enjoyable experiences. It only recently opened its doors and is proud of the high-quality, natural materials, including Tarkett’s parquet and carpet tiles, it uses for its rooms. The Tarkett parquet collection, Shade, was selected for the floors, because of its warmth and durability. The floor was treated with a matt finish to protect the individual grain structure of each plank and the elegant selection of color nuances highlight the interior.

The Tarkett carpet collection DESSO Metallic Shade was chosen for the corridors, because of the peace and quiet it provides. This flooring was designed to invite architects and designers to experiment with the effects of metallic luster and matt tones. With this classy carpet tile, a subtle yet brilliant result is created with one color or, if desired, a combination of colors for more depth and contrast. Each color is also available in two different tiles— with the difference being in the intensity of the metallic yarns.
