Tarkett has recently launched a new showroom in Riga, Latvia, to ignite the imagination of architects, designers, builders and clients. The space presents full-scale samples of its flooring collections, including modular textile, vinyl, and wood, as well as sample books and swatches of Tarkett’s, heterogeneous, homogeneous and linoleum collections. This new space is nested within Tormans store, one of the leading tiles distributors in Latvia that offers a wide array of products ranging from ceramics to wood, including carpet and vinyl tiles as well as sanitary products.

In the new Tarkett space, a mix of carpet tile collections -- Desso Essence Triangles, Desso X Rens, Desso Desert, Grezzo Vivid, Grezzo Bloom, Solid, Shape, Recharge, Retrace -- adorn the floor and Tarkett’s iconic modular vinyl iD Mixonomy dresses one wall. For the first time in Latvia, this space provides architects and designers with full-scale samples of Tarkett products, empowering them to bring their boldest visions to life.
On January 31st, Tormans representatives and renowned Stefan Scholten joined Tarkett for the grand opening, celebrating innovation and collaboration. Scholten, who collaborated with Tarkett on its DESSO Solid & Shape carpet tiles, mesmerized an audience of 150 architects and designers with the tales of his design journey and its collaboration with Tarkett.
