As part of the Origin Collection, DESSO Recharge is a truly circular product, it was designed to be disassembled so its components can be easily recycled into raw materials for new carpet tiles. The beauty of circularity comes across in the irregularity and textural variation of the design, an invitation to touch, feel and admire, time and time again.
The Recharge design evokes the upcycled chalk used in the manufacture of the EcoBase backing, and shares the same beautiful colour palette with the DESSO Retrace, making it a perfect match.
DESSO Recharge comes standard with our improved EcoBase backing, which sees a new bio-based ingredient replace a core ingredient formerly composed of petroleum-based content.

The Origin Range
The DESSO Origin range is a true embodiment of our Beauty of Circularity philosophy. Its carpet tile collections, Recharge, Retrace, Emerge and Evolve, were made to be remade in an endless closed loop cycle. With a palette of 32 calm and welcoming neutral colours across Emerge and Evolve, and 20 colours for Recharge and Retrace, the Origin range offers multiple options for colour and design coordination. Though contrasting in appearance, the four collections can be combined to support both expressive and subtle applications in spaces large or small.
