Milano City Pop

City Pop is a new format of fully furnished apartments for short and medium term rentals. They are as easy to book as a hotel room but with the comfort and flexibility of a conventional flat.

Representing the future of cities, City Pop is designed for constantly evolving urban living.

The first Italian City Pop has been realised in Milan’s Viale Monza, where 260 one-room and two-room apartments, as well as recreational, commercial, and parking spaces have been built in place of an old building. The interior floors used glue-down LVT from Tarkett’s iD Inspiration 55 collection in the shade ‘Rovere Creek Beige’ over an area of 7800m².
