Private Penthouse

Converting a penthouse originally excessively compartmentalized, with one of the terraces completely closed, and a reform that turned its back on these openings to the outside was the challenge in this idea of a quiet and cozy shelter while open to the sky and the horizon, and this was the common thread in this project carried out by the study of Pepe Cosín in Valencia.

The choice of shades of green and blue that strategically dot the house, are the only chromatic concessions of the house, which was always visualized with the confluence of very few materials, among which highlights the collection of Tarkett wood floors Shade Oak Cream White, ref: 7877049  that in addition to the floors throughout the house also acts as a coating of ceilings, walls and even doors. The Shade collection is a reflection of the rich variety of colours found in nature's unspoiled landscapes.
