Collaboration with EBO

En Bande Organisée, a.k.a. EBO, is a Parisian design studio with a passion for colours, materials and imaginative details that breathe life into an object or a space. Tarkett Lino styled by En Bande Organisée is a collaboration which saw the EBO explore the creative potential of the new Tarkett Lino range.
The matt finish, the deep, rich colour palette inspired by nature, the authentic, natural feel, and a story all about modernity and tradition, inventiveness and craftmanship... The creative minds at EBO found all the inspiration they needed.

The new line of colours created by Tarkett is really outstanding. It features truly natural tones like sand, terracotta, rich blacks, greens and broken tones and…and above all, a matt finish that is simply beautiful. »

Creative Inspiration

Discover the Range

Authentic and modern, simple and subtle, with a rich palette of natural colours in soft tones, adaptable and versatile: bring floors, walls and even furniture together under your design scheme.

From the natural colour of raw linoleum (100% Linen) to on-trend shades like terracottas, pinks and khaki, the new range offer over 100 colours to mix, match and choose from. In a choice of five modern, subtle patterns, its new extra matt aspect gives a more natural look and feel than ever. Now, with its perfect colour combinations, our lino can be applied across walls –LinoWall collection- and even on furniture, realising the expressive possibilities of a material appreciated by architects for its supple, second skin quality, akin to a vegetal leather.

Available with a choice of thickness and robustness, and special options such as non-slip surface, conductive or dissipative, sound dampening, and more, our linoleum offers many practical solutions too.

And because modern also means sustainable, Tarkett Lino is produced in a green factory using bio-based, renewable and recycled materials, and can be 100% recycled, even after use, through our Restart® programme. As a result, our Tarkett Lino 2,5mm has the smallest environmental footprint in its category throughout its lifecycle
(EPD N°4789356590.101.1).

Combining heritage, aesthetics and sustainability, Tarkett Lino offers a modern approach to the flooring needs of today and the lifestyles of tomorrow.

In our numerous conversations with designers, what surprised us most was the emotional response that linoleum evoked for many, apparently unlocking sensory memories of place and time. We wanted to work with this unique emotional charge of the material, as well as its highly-valued quality of authenticity as a noble material, comparable in honesty, purity and depth with natural materials such as stone, wood or marble »

Sustainable Flooring

Lino Floors storage

Made from natural, renewable materials such as linseed oil, pine resin, jute, sawdust and cork dust, and abundant mineral resources like calcium carbonate, linoleum is a bio-based product and an inherently sustainable material. Our Cradle to Cradle Certified® approach ensures we design our products to positively contribute to the environment and people’s well-being at each step of the product’s life, while supporting the transition to a circular economy.

But it takes more than renewable ingredients to be truly sustainable, which is why at Tarkett we've rethought every step of our linoleum product chain: from sourcing and transporting the raw materials, to powering the factory, reusing water, and recycling used flooring at the end of its life.

Our most sustainable linoleum flooring: New Originale collection

Building on our circular economy approach, we offer even better sustainability credentials with our Originale collection. It is the only linoleum on the market to be Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold.

Carbon neutrality: a vital challenge

Cutting carbon emissions is at the forefront of our minds these days, and we've successfully worked to the point where the cradle to gate phase of our 2.5mm range is carbon negative!
