Using colour to create texture and volume in a space

For this concept we wanted to push the importance of colour in interior design by using several different flooring materials in a colour-block spirit, with only one or two colour tones layered out with different textures that create volume. We drew this swimming-pool scene to dive into the intensity of the blue aquatic hues and their multiple textures that show the importance of texture in interior design. The different flooring materials and colour tones of Linoleum, Heterogeneous and Homogeneous Vinyl and Carpet create a relaxing atmosphere.
