Riga, Latvia – Garage Hive, the innovative garage management software company, has unveiled its stylish new office in Riga, featuring DESSO carpet tiles and luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) from Tarkett. With sweeping views of the city skyline, the new workspace perfectly reflects Garage Hive's modern and forward-thinking brand.

One of the standout features of Garage Hive's office transformation was its collaboration with Tarkett's Create@Tarkett design service. This personalised programme brings professional interior design expertise directly to clients using Tarkett's vast range of flooring solutions.

The process begins with the client providing floor plans, allowing our designer to understand the layout. The next step is to truly understand the client's vision: what kind of atmosphere they want to create, what styles they like (or dislike), and any inspiration they may already have in mind. The designer then starts envisioning how to bring the client's goals to life.

The creative process is streamlined if the client already has specific design collections in mind, such as particular carpet tiles or LVT styles. In Garage Hive's case, the client selected our DESSO Desert collection, giving the designer a strong foundation to work from.

Once the designer has a clear understanding of the requirements and preferences, they develop the first draft of the design, which includes a detailed layout plan showing how different materials and patterns will be used throughout the space. This design proposal is then shared for review and feedback.

Upon approval of the design, the Tarkett designer moves to the final phase: calculating the exact quantity of materials needed for the installation. This ensures the project stays efficient and on budget, with minimal waste and precise planning.

Thanks to this collaborative and professional process, Garage Hive was able to achieve a highly functional and visually compelling workspace. It is a space that not only reflects their brand but also inspires their team every day.
