A nurturing learning environment

Zwijsen College, located in Veghel, The Netherlands, recently decided to carry out an interior redesign, which would incorporate the school's motto of 'everything you pay attention to, grows', both literally and figuratively. The colour green features heavily on the walls, a real tree takes centre stage, and several plant walls were installed to display inspiring sayings - devised by and for the school's students. The college has become a nurturing environment in which students and teachers can truly feel at home.

Warm, engaging, and playful

LVT, linoleum, and carpet tiles were used throughout the school’s halls and classrooms for texture and durability. To create a lively and inviting place of learning, pronounced floor colours give different spaces a playful and dynamic character. The use of contrasting floor materials creates a harmonious whole that is both functional and beautiful.
